About this house rental
Enjoy everything Westhampton Beach has to offer! Our renovated family home has 5 bedrooms (4 Queen beds, 1 Twin, + 1 Queen Air Mattress), an open kitchen/family room layout, expansive deck w/ grill and outdoor dining/lounge chairs, and large outdoor heated pool. 5 minutes walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shops, grocery store, CVS, Hampton Coffee, and more. North Fork wineries, Riverhead outlets, and Southampton are a 20-30 minute drive. Access to universal EV charger included. Remote work friendly!

4 Minutes to Rogers Beach and 7 Minutes to Lashley's Beach!
**Please Note for BOOKINGS LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS: For Roger’s or Lashley’s Beach, several minutes away, the village/town requires a non-refundable $650 permit fee that gives parking and walk-on access. There is a daily pass available for nearby Tiana Beach and Ponquogue Beach, which are about 5 miles away. **
**For BOOKINGS 4 NIGHTS+ we will include this $650 Fee**

- 5 bedrooms total with 4 queen beds + 1 twin bed (Roku TVs in primary and 1 other bedroom)
**Additional Queen Air Mattress is being provided to accommodate the 10th and 11th guest.**
- 2 out of the 5 bedrooms are located in a private guest suite in the back of the house
- Open layout with kitchen island (seats 3), indoor dining table (seats 8), comfy sectional, 65" TV
- Designer kitchen with all updated appliances and necessities including wine fridge, coffee machine, air fryer, Instant Pot, blender for smoothies, pots/pans, etc.
