About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Tarascon. It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 38 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
- A 38 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160×200) with an en-suite shower room featuring a shower and toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: A queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private 5 x 10 m swimming pool (unheated) with an alarm, open from 1 May to 30 September
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden and a 60 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Tarascon, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets…
Activities:
- The sea and beaches are a 45-minute drive away
- Les Baux-de-Provence, 17 minutes away, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France
- Hiking or horse riding in the Alpilles Regional Nature Park
- Tennis, Romanin gliding club (gliders and aeroplanes) overlooking the Alpilles mountains
- Visit to Tarascon Castle, a medieval fortress with views from the ramparts
- Fishing at the lake
- Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, 7 mins away, with art galleries and the Roman ruins of Glanum to explore
- Avignon 25 mins away, Arles 32 mins away, Sainte-Marie-de-la-Mer 1 hour away

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly under the carport (2 spaces) and in the house’s inner courtyard.

- Nearest railway station: Avignon TGV station, 20 mins by car
- Nearest airport: Avignon Provence Airport, 30 mins by car

- Swimming pool: Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
