About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 110 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Tarascon, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 38 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 38 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room and WC.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private 5x10m swimming pool (unheated) with alarm, open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A lovely 1,000 m² garden and a 60 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Tarascon, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Sea and beaches 45 minutes away by car
- Les Baux-de-Provence, one of France's most beautiful villages, 17 minutes away
- Hiking and horse-riding in the Alpilles regional park
- Tennis, Romanin gliding club (glider plane) facing the Alpilles massif
- Visit Tarascon Castle, a medieval fortress with a view from the ramparts.
- Fishing at the lake
- Saint-Rémy-de-Provence 7 minutes away, with its galleries and the Roman remains of Glanum to visit
- Avignon 25 minutes away, Arles 32 minutes, Sainte Marie de la mer 1 hour.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly under the carport (2 spaces) and in the courtyard of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Avignon TGV station, 20 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Avignon Provence airport, 30 minutes by car
