About this house rental
Welcome to our vacation home in Portoscuso, a fishing village in the enchanting seaside town of southwestern Sardinia. The house is a standalone property, spread over two levels, and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation filled with sun and sea.
With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, plus a fifth on the sofa bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for those who want to work remotely or stay connected.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing traditional dishes with local ingredients to enjoy on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. From the living area with its balcony, you can admire breathtaking sunsets every evening.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor and the second attic floor, connected by a convenient spiral staircase
The beaches are within easy walking distance: the closest is just a 2-minute walk away, with no need for a car. There are also FKK (naturist) beaches nearby, and the house’s private terrace offers a secluded and peaceful space to enjoy the sun in complete freedom.
You can also walk to local bars, restaurants, and shops to fully experience the atmosphere of the seaside village. Portoscuso is also an excellent starting point for excursions into the unspoiled nature of the Sulcis region, to the Island of San Pietro, the historic mines, and the coastal hiking trails

✅ In accordance with Article 109 of the TULPS, you will be asked to present identification for all guests, including minors, upon check-in. If you do not have it or do not wish to provide it, we will not be able to accommodate you as guests.
What is prohibited in the house:
❌ Pets are not allowed
❌Smoking is prohibited in all areas
❌Parties are not allowed
❌Entry—even temporarily—is prohibited for anyone who has not registered during check-in.
