This 4-story home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full ensuite bathrooms, and 2 half-bathrooms to accommodate a total of 10 guests comfortably. This home is just a 4-minute walk to a deeded beach access and includes a 6 seater golf cart to make your journey around 30A a little more adventurous! The home has a private pool with outdoor living area, lounge chairs and a 65-inch flat-screen TV poolside.
This professionally designed home begins with a screened-in porch on the first floor and a queen bedroom with a shower-only ensuite bathroom. This level also offers a half bath that is convenient to the pool area and screened-in porch.
The second level is the main area of the home which features an open concept kitchen, a living area that flows seamlessly to the second-floor balcony, and includes a 75-inch flat-screen TV. There is also a half bathroom on this floor. The dining area can seat up to 11 people utilizing the seating at the breakfast bar. A built-in butler’s pantry/cocktail bar with a wine fridge is also located on this level. There is also a bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom.
The third level of the home features the primary bedroom with a water view balcony, king bed, and a private bath with a separate tub and shower. There is another king bedroom with private bath along with an XL Twin-over-Twin built-in bunks in the hallway. The laundry room is also located on this level.

We had a great time staying at this property. It’s very clean & an easy walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool when the adults needed a break. The only negative was there’s not many pots & pans in the home & we love to cook big meals from the seafood market.

We love the 30a but we knew beach houses here can be pricey! When this listing popped up on VRBO it had everything we wanted with a great price! Beautiful and clean home, smelled brand new and custom decor felt so chic! The beach access was right across the street and a quick walk for our 4 year old, the beach steps lead right out to a practically private beach and we always had a spot right in front of the water with wonderful neighbors! The pool was the perfect size for a few at a time, but could be hard for a house with lots of kids.
Being right off the highway you have quick access to eating and shops, recommend Brozinni’s pizzeria and had the fish house right across the bay bridge!
Overall we have zero complaints and would highly recommend. We would absolutely stay here again! Five stars and two thumbs up!
