We loved our vacation! The location was perfect, the property was clean and new, and the amenities were wonderful. However, a few small things were overlooked. We arrived with a code that did not work. Thankfully, we got in right away with a quick phone call. A pack-and-play, baby gate, toddler toys, and high hair were available. That was a huge help! The hot tub and pool were a big hit, but for some reason, the hot tub cover was sitting in front of the house without an explanation, and without a cover, it took a while to heat for our first use. (A few large towels by the pool would be nice.) The waffle bar was unique, but the glass oil container was empty, so we had to go out and buy some. It's not a big deal; everything else was well stocked, including coffee, hot cocoa, and waffle toppings. I work with computers and regularly play video games. The arcade games were tricky to operate. There were no instructions, and the controller guns would not link. I had to reboot the system to get it to work and finally realized one of the plastic controller guns had a missing wire. Also, there were no charger cords for the wireless Nintendo controllers. The pedestal console had been assembled incorrectly, and the joystick controller operated backward for p1. We also could not get a two-player mode to work, which disappointed the kids. The pool table, theatre room, and bunk beds with headphones were all loved! (Some Roku remotes were dead and need new batteries.)

We booked this weekend mountain home as a Christmas gift for our family to spend time together. The cabin had all the necessary amenities & lots of extras. The owners went above & beyond to have something for everyone. The kids loved the pool, game room, and movie theatre. The adults loved the hot tub and lots of seating space for playing cards. Lots of bathrooms & spacious bedrooms. The property manager was very responsive to answer all my questions! We will definitely book again.
