**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and the sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.
Ocean Sands is a pleasant community in Corolla. With calm roads for walking or biking, beach access, a fishing lake, and an ideal location for grocery shopping or local activities, Ocean Sands is perfect for a quiet OBX getaway.
Payment Schedule:
50% due at confirmation
50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Spent a week at this house and it was exactly as advertised. Perfect location for a family however we stayed with a group of friends

House is in a good location for beach access. House is dated and could use an update throughout and a deep cleaning. The kitchen cookware is few and far between and needs to be overhauled. There is no pantry and essentially no kitchen storage for food. We ended up using tables to store purchased food for the week.Home had no working cable/satellite tv. I contacted rental agency, but didn't receive any assistance that resolved any issues.
