About this villa rental
New construction completed in 2016, villa high in the southern Gulf of Porto-Vecchio on the road Palombaggia beaches.
Quiet location in a small private residence of 3 villas spread over 7 000 m² of maquis in the big hotels area (Belvedere, Casa del mar, Alta Rocca, Mariosa ...)
The nearest beach is within walking distance 200 meters, the famous beaches of Palombaggia are accessible by car or shuttle (6 kms).
Access to a concierge service, shopping, massages, boat rental, cook, etc ..
You will have 3 bedrooms, two with sea views, facing the third bush has its private shower room, 2 bedrooms has TV ..
Large shower room shared by 2 bedrooms, 2 WC including one outside.
The kitchen is wide open, by a bay with brick partition, on a shaded terrace overlooking the pool. Facilities include mainly ovens (traditional & mico oven), fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cooking induction, hood, gas plancha.
The living room is open to the kitchen and on the covered terrace of 25 sqm which is extended by the wooden deck that surrounds the heated pool (6. 5 * 3 2 1. prof 4), the shutter provides security children.
All rooms are air conditioned.
The villa has 2 full feet parking.
The entire building is disabled standards and secured by barriers to outdoor areas in vertical drop.
The garden has lawns (sown spring 2017), fruit trees and a pétanque area.
Beds & baby chairs available on request.

The photographs do not show the full extent of the view. The view across the bay is utterly stunning and almost completely unobstructed and the sunset was a gorgeous sight each night . The Villa is very modern inside and has great facilities (although the oven was so modern & digital that we could not figure out how to use it even with the manual) however it has a fabulous gas grill outside- commercial quality- and we did almost all our cooking outside and such a easy thing to clean. Palombaggia beach is 10 minutes drive down the road so we always got the best parking spaces. If you want a holiday where you just want to sit by the pool with a dream view or sit on one of Europe’s most beautiful beaches then look no further. Frederic was charming and easy to deal with.

Beautiful, peaceful, private villa strategically located in the hills above Porto Vecchio near famous beaches such as Santa Giulia and Palombaggia, fantastic restaurants and mountains activities with magnificent views from the terrace and the pool not to be missed!
Kitchen and cooking areas had everything we needed. The new set of towels and bed linen provided after a week stay were greatly appreciated.
Frederic the host and owner is very helpful and made sure that we got all the informations needed according to our needs. He picked up our dinner and breakfast on several occasion so we didn’t have to hire the services of a Concierge.
All in all a great trip, great house, nice pool, Frederic is a perfect host. Corsica is a beautiful surprise. Calm and safe. Great food and warm people. Fell in love with Bonaficio. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay there again.
