📅 Resort Improvements – Beginning 9/24/24, - 6/27/26 the resort will undergo maintenance, including stucco and concrete repairs, parking deck updates, and fresh coatings. Noise levels may vary.

We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.
We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.
January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.
Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.
💰 Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in.

Everything was great in the room and reservations and customer service were great as well. This was our 2nd visit to the Shores of Panama. We loved the 3rd floor location with straight access from the parking garage with our assigned spot, and easy access to the stairs instead of waiting for an elevator. We will be back!

The resort is great! The lagoon style pool has plenty to offer for all ages, it even has a nice play area for babies and toddlers. Great Tiki bar and food hut, and plenty of shade if you want it.
Condo had a great view from the balcony of the pool, beach and ocean. The condo had a few issues. The area rug in the living room was quite worn and looked dirty. The bathroom off the second bedroom had a musty and mildewy odor and the closet was stacked with paint cans, vacuum, ironing board and misc other items rendering it unuseable. The front door gave a very bad impression, it was worn and rusty. There were water blisters on the walls which looked like there was water damage at one point. The condo had a nice clean and disinfected smell when you first entered but it wasn't as clean as it smelled, fans had dust accumulated on them, bathroom lights were dirty, backsplash in second bathroom had dust on the edge. Kitchen was clean with everything you needed.
