Welcome to the luxurious and inviting Alum Ridge Retreat! This stunning NEW construction is the perfect place for your visit to the beautiful New River Valley. Nestled in Floyd County, our retreat offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, being centrally located between Floyd and Christiansburg, VA. With just a quick 30-minute drive to Virginia Tech, our location cannot be beat for those coming into town for a game or campus visit.
The Space:
Our retreat boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 modern bathrooms, ensuring utmost comfort during your stay. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals, and our coffee bar is always stocked for your convenience. Kids, as well as adults, will love our fun-filled arcade game and other activities, while the adults can relax on the covered and open deck. Need to catch up on work? No problem! We offer high-speed fiber internet, ethernet connections, WiFi, and a wireless printer to make sure you stay connected.
The main level features a tranquil master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and its own walk-in shower/bath. Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and the kids will have a blast in the custom bunk beds or on the queen-size futon while enjoying the various reading materials, games, and activities provided. There's also a full-sized bathroom with a tub upstairs for all to share.
We provide all linens and towels for your convenience, and the living room is the perfect place to unwind with a smart TV (with access to Netflix) and a cozy electric fireplace for those chilly nights. Our property sits on almost 2 acres of picturesque rolling hills, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere for morning walks or evening sunsets.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the main and upper levels. The basement level and the coat closet just inside the front door are used for owner items and supplies. Thanks for understanding.
Other Things to Note:
This location is pet friendly. Max 2 dogs, sorry NO cats.

Beautiful home set in a quiet neighborhood. The views of the hills from the front porch rocking chairs is very relaxing. The house had everything you would need and then some!! Loved the Hokie decor (Go Hokies). Our host was very responsive and the check in / check out was a breeze. We were in town for a family wedding, and Alum Ridge gave us the perfect escape from the wedding chaos! Thx Pat!!

House was in exceptional condition (new.) very clean and well stocked with all we needed. Perfect house for a family get together givens its open floor plan. Views were excellent also. Highly recommend it and would stay there again.
