About this house rental
Welcome to the Opal House, Nashville, a Boutique Inn, minutes from the BNA airport and downtown Nashville. With the idyllic countryside as its backdrop, the Opal House offers serenity & acres of privacy to large groups of family, friends or co-workers! Sparing no expense or amenity, the inn is able to comfortably accommodate 22 (maximum) guests- delivering Southern Hospitality on a stylish gold plate.
Appointed with attractive furnishings, the home tells a relaxing story- mixing feminine vintage with uniquely-curated traditional elements. This interior design seeks to connect with the outside and be eco-friendly. So, organic color-palettes fill the rooms- soothing blues, millennial-mauves, and tons of greenery. Each room is whimsical, and every gathering place in the home is purposed for the guest’s connections and leisure.
Connect By:
• Sharing wine and local charcuterie boards in the huge dining area- able to EASILY SEAT 20+ GUESTS
• Sipping on fresh morning coffee in the newly renovated and FULLY-STOCKED kitchen
• Swimming in the luxurious, built-in salt water Heated POOL (please note heater does not work during cold weather, is available more during spring and summer when the weather is still relatively nice out, if the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees the heater does not work) Enjoy our hot tub under the stars for a relaxing time after swimming.
• Sunbathing on the larger than life Trexx DECK
• Laughing together in the POSH LIVING ROOM- no screens, this is real ‘Facetime’ with family & friends
• Lounging on the oversized sectional in the BONUS ROOM, watching a new release on the big screen
• Observing NATURE on the front terrace- watching herds of deer graze, and listening to the birds sing

Guest Access
Guests will have the full-run of the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and you will have access to everything in the home. There is a smaller guest house on the property, where the hosts reside.
Early/Late Check-ins: We can rarely accommodate early/late check-in/out, as we need time to clean the home prior to each guest's arrival. The cleaning crew will need to get started promptly at 10AM, so please schedule your departure before then.
We use key-less entry with a unique code generated for your stay. The code will be provided via email or text about a week before your stay. We use a camera system outside on the front porch area, this system will be active during your stay.

We often stay in homes for family get together to accomodate our large family with small children. This home had it all and provided plenty of space for our large group. The host was very responsive and addressed our needs in a thoughtful and gracious manner. Will return again !

The house was beautifully decorated, clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the perfect spot for my sister‘s bachelorette party. We especially loved the pool, hot tub, and all of the outdoor space. Debi was great to work with, and they even had a generator for us to use when the power went out from a storm. I’d highly recommend this house if you have a big group and want to be near Nashville.

A large group of my friends and I stayed here for four days to celebrate my bachelorette and WOW—This property was even more gorgeous in person! The house was very accommodating with all the amenities you could think of. Every single room was decorated so lovely and everyone slept very well. This house was also a perfect distance from downtown. It was far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet, but close enough to where Uber/Lyft rides weren’t inconvenient. Some of our favorite memories from our trip were actually at this house instead of out in town because we all felt at home here. The host was very communicative and accommodating to our requests, as well. We felt very taken care of. I would absolutely come back here! It was perfection!

The property was gorgeous, 15 ladies stayed for 4 nights. Plenty of space, private location. Nice neighborhood for a walk or a run. Host was kind and accommodating. Well equipped for large parties with plenty of fridge space, dishes, towels, dining space etc. Would 100% stay here again.
