Amenities at Everything is pretty much walking distance which is odd for Miami

A comfortable place in a peaceful neighbourhood, close to all conveniences.

Very comfortable and pleasant. Good location.
Withing walking distance are:
- Sedano supermarket;
- Miami elevated transit station;
- hair stylist;
- Hialeah General hospital.
Within driving distance:
- Walmart;
- Publix;
- Fresco;
- Dollar Tree;
- Family Dollar;
- Marshalls.
On top of all this, a very solicitous landlord.

Great communication with the owner. Easy to deal with. Nice, cozy private apartment which looks newly remodeled. Close to Miami airport.
Quiet neighborhood. In an exciting Latin American area. Very enjoyable. Everyone I met was great!
