We attended the Indy 500 this year but didn't want to pay hotel prices. This location was walkable to the venue (3.5 miles but we do 5k everyday). Central to tons of restaurants and other stores, it was easy to find any restaurant genre. Indian, Haitian, Mexican, Jamaican, Burgers, Pizza, Italian, Ice Cream, you name it you can find it.Host was very polite and easy to communicate with. Instructions for check in, during stay, and check out were super simple. House was cleaned up and nice. Fenced in back yard and front area was nice for outdoor time. Two tvs loaded with apps and a nice kitchen. For just the two of us this was a perfect stay but if you had 3 people it could be a little cramped. Kids room has a bunk bed!

Good place to stay great price. Not the cleanest place but that’s probably why it’s so affordable.

Had a nice stay, beds were comfortable and couch was as well. Tv in the guest room was broken and was not notified prior to moving in. Owner places a sticky note on it that it was broken. So that was disappointing. Washer and dryer are difficult to operate and dryer must be run 2-3 times to dry a load of clothing. Kitchen utensils such as pots and pans were not clean and had old food on them but everything else was clean! All in all, a little let down for the money spent but the AC worked great and the beds were comfy.
