Insbesondere die hohe Deckenhöhe der Räume (3-11), die modern und schön eingerichtete Atmosphäre und die Ausstattung rund um die Küche.

Die zentrale Lage mitten im Ort und zum Strand sowie die verlässlich saubere & "nordisch klare" Ausstattung der Wohnung.
Kleines Manko: Die Esszimmer-Stühle lassen sich nur schwer und sehr lautstark bewegen, hört man auch deutlich bei der Reinigung in umgebenden Wohnungen.
