Relax in this newly remodeled downstairs unit. Meticulously clean, new beds, furn & more. This is the lower unit of single family home located in a quiet safe SW suburb of SF. Fenced backyard and free onsite laundry room (avail to both units). Secured keypad entrance (self checkin) for both front entry and each individual unit. 3/4 bath, kitchenette (minifridge, micro, coffee mkr). Very short drive to Hospitals, PremierCenter, DT SF, Falls Park, EmpireMall and WildWtrWest. Nearby Gas/Pharmacy.

Everything was as expected. Even being a lower level apartment, I was never cold. The bed was super comfortable! The neighborhood was really quiet, as I barely saw anyone around. If I ever again need a place to stay in Sioux Falls I would definitely check to see if it was available.

In town to visit relatives. Large living room was comfortable, as was the minimal kitchen area (microwave, mini-frig, coffee maker, toaster, table & chairs).Had plastics knives, but no spoons or forks.Bed was comfortable, could do with an extra pillow. Bathroom was adequate, but no washcloths, only making removal towelettes. Can’t wash up your body with those! All towels were damp - when inquiring, apparently the cleaning service placed them there damp because they didn’t allow enough time to properly dry before finishing cleaning the unit. Walls next to the sink and toilet had holes in the tile where hard where was previously mounted. Caulking around toilet was torn/missing in spots. Main issue was plenty of black mold at the bottom of the shower door. All of these issues could easily be addressed by the crew caring for the unit.Both upper and lower units appear to be rented, but the concrete driveway only accommodates one car (should be noted in description).If an extra hour was put into caring for the unit, it would have received five stars.
