Recently remodeled and features 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths (one upstairs and one on main floor), Full Kitchen and Dining Room. Back Yard is Private and fully fenced for kids and pets! Large Front and back porch with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the lake breeze. This home is just 3 houses down from Lake Erie Vinyard Park, a private park only for homes on the street. Walk down to the lake and enjoy the park and walk down to the lake where there is a pier for fishing!

The house was charming and perfect for our wedding party. It was clean, had ample towels, and the kitchen was well stocked. You could even see the lake - it was that close!

Great house, lovely location within a quiet neighborhood. Fireplace was nice on cold days.
