Schönes Ambiente; gute Lage; gepflegter Zustand; technisch einwandfrei; Ansprechpartner vorhanden; gute Anfahrt- und Hausinformation;
Negativ: Die Stuhlbeine müssen mit Gleitern (Filz) versehen werden, da das Stühlerücken im ganzen Haus zu hören ist.
