This cozy house boasts six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi. It is situated within the Paradise Palms Resort complex, which features an impressive clubhouse and a large resort-style pool perfect for families.
The house includes a main suite with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, a queen-sized bed, and a shared bathroom. There is also a king-sized bed with a private bathroom, another queen-sized bed with a shared bathroom, and two bedrooms with twin and full-sized beds that share a bathroom. A fully-equipped laundry is also available inside the property.
This townhouse is conveniently located just 9 minutes from Walmart, 23 minutes from Disney, 27 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 37 minutes from Universal. Please note that the pool heater is available for an additional fee, and we kindly ask that you notify us 48 hours before your reservation if you wish to add it.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.
BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.
AMENITIES:
* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.
* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).
* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.
* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.
* Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE:
We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
POOL AND SPA HEATER:
Please note that pool and spa heating are not available for this property.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

This was a great location. It was really clean and had nice outdoor seating. There was a lot of room to spread out.

My family and I stayed at the property for the second year in a row and absolutely loved it. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The property manager was super accommodating as I made a late request to extend my stay by one day and the manger swiftly responded and allowed is to stay an additional day. We will definitely be back.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. All decor was just as pictured. It was luxurious and modern! The Kids really enjoyed the pool at the house and had a great time using the resort amenities! The basketball court was a plus for the guys. The home had a nice selection of items that met the basic needs for cooking. You will need to purchase more necessities such as tissue, trash bags, and paper towels if you have more than 4 people with you. I would say that in a couple of places, the home could use some updating. I would also suggest following up with the cleaning service prior to the arrival of guests just to make sure things are properly cleaned, especially the restrooms. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Communication was fast! Even after we left, communication was great in making sure we had no issues!
