About this apartment rental
The apartment welcomes guests with a living room featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. From the living room, access leads to the private terrace, equipped with table and chairs for breakfasts and lunches in the open air. The holiday home, equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in the hallway serving the two bedrooms, continues with two bedrooms, the first equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, the second equipped with a bunk bed, wardrobe and desk. The layout of this apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.
*The shared swimming pool is open from 15 June to 30 September, from 9 to 8 pm. The use of a swimming cap may be required.
*The accommodation is only accessible on foot with a 5-minute walk.
*Possibility to request a trolley/luggage rack from the reception desk for luggage

Desenzano del Garda is a charming little town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano it is possible to rediscover ancient Roman remains of the Roman Villa, visit the 10th-century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the panorama. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts who will be able to practise windsurfing, mountain biking and sailing.
This city is also an excellent starting point for visiting Lower Garda, which offers many enchanting spots, starting from nearby Sirmione, certainly the most prestigious location on the entire lake, then moving on to Salò, with its brand new promenade and continuing towards Maderno and Gardone Riviera.
Desenzano station is less than 10 minutes by car away, whilst Verona airport is reachable in half an hour.

The property had everything we needed to stay over with our family. The rooms were clean and the kitchen equipped for all we needed. The complex was also very good, with easy to access swimming pools and kiosks for something to eat and drink while at the pool. Also the lovely town Desenzano was just in minutes away and had lovely restaurants, ship tours and other things to offer. We especially enjoyed the sunrises from out spacious terrace at breakfast and the beautiful sunsets at the Garda lake, just minutes of walking from the property.
Everything was good, despite the small electrical issues we had during our stay.
We definitely looking forward to stay there again!
