Located on the 4th floor you may access the condo via keypad entry provided by your host (elevator and stairwell access). Free Wi-Fi and washer dryer available to accommodate all lengths of stays. In the kitchen you will find new appliances, coffee maker, plates/silverware, and all basic cookware. The bedrooms and baths come with towels, clean sheets, and a TV in the master bedroom. Living room offers a 55” smart tv and sectional couch with a large ottoman that can combine for an extra sleeping area.

The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to great restaurants and the Pinnacle Arena for a show. The condo was clean and modern with great window views of the city. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with enough basics to cook a meal. We had a hard time getting the stove to heat properly (had to have it on hi to get enough heat to cook), but that’s the only issue we encountered. Beautiful property! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

This condo was so cute. Clean.Great location.The doors are VERY squeaky. The noise is kinda loud at night, but it is downtown!

It was a nice apartment to stay in, good walking distance to downtown. Getting in and out of the building was easy, parking wasn’t terrible. Only issues we had was the floor was a dirty, walk around barefoot for a few minutes and the bottoms of your socks/feet are dark and dirty. Unsure if that was just because no one had been in there in a while or what. Then for the price I paid the only toilet paper was single ply.
