About this cottage rental
Cozy, clean cottage with room for 4-5 right on Lake Michigan. Conveniently located just five minutes outside of Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Kitchen closes at 9:00pm EST and restaurant closes at 10:00pm EST. One bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a queen sized futon in the living room. Smart TV, WiFi, washer, dryer, plenty of outdoor seating and a stocked kitchen.

I can’t say enough about both the host, Jerry, and his house! Check in and out were easy, communication was great as well. He made us feel right at home! The price is very reasonable considering you get a clean, well appointed, pet friendly house, gorgeous lake view with seating and fire pits, a secure fenced in backyard as well as a hot tub on the deck. I’m happy to say that the gas barbecue grill was spotless and the kitchen was clean and well stocked. Oh, did I mention that Jerry also owns the restaurant right next door?!?! The wood fired pizza is amazing and we loved the fish fry as well! Most of all, we were well cared for by the amazing staff!!! We enjoyed every aspect of our stay! Thank you, Jerry!!!

Stayed here as a little getaway for my birthday, with my husband, son, and our dog. We loved the hot tub! So user-friendly. Our pup loved having a backyard to run around in. The property, though right next to the restaurant next door, is very private. Pizza at Breezy point was excellent! Only wish we'd been able to eat there again as they were closed Sunday and Monday. But we would love to go back. Very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. The smell from the artesian well water in the kitchen takes a little getting used to but really not a big deal. Overall terrific stay!

Such a cute and clean little house. The hot tub with a view is lake michigan is the perfect addition! All around a great place to stay!
