Welcome to Tower 5-904 at Portofino Island Resort. This condo is located in Tower 5 and features stunning Sunset Views of Pensacola Beach.
Each three-bedroom/three-and-a-half-bath is a well-appointed condo suite, featuring 2,034 square feet of space, including an incredible 472-square-foot balcony.
Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.
Bedding is King, King, Queen and Sleeper Sofa.
This unit does have a grill on the balcony.
Guests have full access to the Resort and its amenities. Complimentary use of the fitness center, 5 Hydro Clay Tennis Courts, Beaches on Gulf of Mexico and on the Santa Rosa Sound.
The Lifestyle Center is the heart of Portofino where the restaurants (Coastal and Al Fresco) are located along with the onsite Starbucks, Indoor Heated Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Market and Concierge are all located here.
Portofino is situated on 28 beautiful acres in Pensacola Beach between the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gentle shores of Santa Rosa Sound. It is also adjacent to the pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore. The land itself is called Santa Rosa Island; it is the world’s largest barrier island.
Portofino’s beautiful waterfront location, stunning accommodations, world-class resort amenities and customized service standards – make it a natural indulgence. Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.
Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.
The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Portofino. We really enjoy the property and the easy access to the beach, amenities and nearby restaurants. We would certainly stay again.

This property needs a hug. Attention to detail is weak. The floor in the kitchen, dining, living area was so dirty we could not take our shoes off. All else was very comfortable and we would give it a second chance.

The property was as advertised and actually better in person vs. the pictures. Loved the kitchen. Bedrooms were great. Beds were comfortable. Patio was the center of entertainment. Would definitely stay again. Correction..will stay again
