About this apartment rental

A very safe and convenient neighborhood across from the Paducah Country Club . An easy drive to historic downtown, mall area, best shopping and many restaurants. This well appointed residence has fully loaded kitchen, washer/dryer and private deck with large backyard. The large den, dining room and kitchen are an open floor plan. Two bedrooms on the first level with 2 full baths. The upstairs is a suite with full bath and plenty of room to sleep 4 or more! Enclosed two car garage with parking for 5 vehicles. 4 night minimum stay. Luxury space at competitive rates!

The dwelling was clean and satisfied all our needs. A big kitchen and dining area with lots of space. There was no hot tub on the property but the primary bathtub had jets. Very quit neighborhood with lots of parking spaces available, but I liked being able to park in the garage. The owner was available at all times to answer any questions. I recommend this rental.
