About this apartment rental
The 61 m² Upstalsboom 3-room vacation apartment, bsak1-11, is located in the “Deichhäuser Anna-Küste” complex in Bensersiel and can accommodate up to 5 people. Particularly noteworthy are the two spacious, covered terraces facing west with plenty of sunshine and their own green space. Here, you can enjoy the soothing seaside climate of this North Sea health resort all day long.
The Location
This modern and bright vacation rental is located on the first floor of Deichhaus 1, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 meters from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; and the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are all within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry service between Bensersiel and the car-free island takes just under an hour and runs several times a day. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (about 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.
Amenities
The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living area, which includes a sleeper sofa, features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave with baking function, as well as a large flat-screen TV and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 5 people and a cozy seating area. Two separate bedrooms are available. One of them has a double bed and its own flat-screen TV, while the other alcove bedroom has two single beds. A crib can be provided for a fee.
The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. After an eventful day of vacation, you can relax on the covered terraces, which are furnished with garden furniture (for 5 people). The terraces are accessible from the living area and the master bedroom.
Special Features
From spring through late fall, guests staying at the Deichhäuser during the 2026 season will also enjoy free, unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighboring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something for the whole family here: a 175 m² water area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring pools, a bubble mushroom, waterfall showers, a counter-current system, a children’s wading pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam sauna. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this service will no longer be part of our offerings for future bookings starting in 2027.
The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be delighted to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.

Schöne moderne Wohnung, neu eingerichtet, ausreichend Platz. Mikrowellengrill ist nur bedingt geeignet zum Backen und Grillen, da auch relativ klein, ist aber nicht schlimm, da viele Restaurants reihum. Mitbenutzung des Hotel-Hallenbades und der Sauna ist sehr angenehm.
PS: der Gärtner hat sich eine moderne Akku-Heckenschere verdient - das sichtlich betagte, benzinbetriebene Monster weckt Tote (und kleine Kinder ;))
Insgesamt haben wir zehn schöne Tage verlebt - vielen Dank.
