The owners, have taken special care to make this Majestic Beach vacation condo a place you'll want to come every year. Starting Jan 1 2024 all guests will have to pay resort $40 per vehicle when they register.
Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony and you get to look at the most beautiful beach in the world. Right here. And there's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the dolphins that play off shore. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable.
The living area's nice and cozy. And, if you like bright and beachy you'll love the decor. It’s really colorful and fun and it really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.
The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. There’s a 50" flat screen TV that’s equipped with XFINITY so you get lots of channels. But, your eyes will wander to the beach every time.
Both the dining area and the kitchen are set up so that you get these terrific views as well. And the kitchen's got everything you need whether you're grabbing a snack or whipping up a gourmet meal.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a huge king size bed with a 46" TV.
The BUNK AREA is a kid friendly area for sleeping and a little playing. Perfect for your kids.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
The bedroom and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 2 full baths.
Majestic Beach 1 - 1806 is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re pretty close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host a lot baseball tourneys.

Everything was wonderful. Amazing time ! Security that rented out carts could of been a little more pleasant but no biggie. This is a nice place to stay

When we first arrived, the room looked okay at first glance. As we started to settle in, we noticed black mold on the shower curtain. On top of that, there was no water pressure and no hot water. We contacted overnight maintenance but didn’t hear back for several hours, so we had to take cold showers. I also messaged the owner, who replied saying he would make sure maintenance was aware.The next day we waited around, but no one came until about 3 p.m. While it wasn’t the worst delay, the solution wasn’t great. They simply removed the moldy shower curtain and offered to bring it back after scrubbing it, but I declined and said we’d just use the other shower. They did eventually fix the water issues, which was appreciated.We were also supposed to have access to the gym. When we asked security about it, they told us we’d need a key fob from the owner. By that point, we were already frustrated with the other issues, so we just gave up on that.Overall, the cleaning left a lot to be desired. There were clumps of hair and it felt like the place had been quickly tidied rather than properly cleaned. Because of that, the whole week felt a bit icky, like the apartment never truly felt clean.That said, the apartment itself was nice, with a beautiful view of the ocean, and the weather during our stay was perfect
