The Neighborhood:
Located on the southern edge of downtown proper known as SoBro (South of Broadway) this home puts you right in the heart of Nashville and within 10 mins of most anything this wonderful city has to offer. Broadway is a 6-8 block walk and there are some great restaurants and coffee shops within a couple blocks. Some of our favorites are Pinewood Social, Husk and Crema Coffee!
Getting Around:
This location is walkable or a very short uber to anything downtown including the Nissan Stadium and the Gulch. Other notable Nashville Neighborhoods are just minutes away via car/uber:

1-2 mins - Broadway
1-2 mins -The Gulch
3 mins - Nissan Stadium
3 mins - WeHo / Soccer Stadium
6 mins - 12th South
6 mins - Vanderbilt

Parking - The building has paid parking spots for $25 a night and there is typically plenty of free street parking in the area. Street parking is limited to two hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Note: The building is located next to a freeway. While the traffic is barely audible with all doors and windows closed, we want to mention this for those who may be very light sleepers.

Space was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with glassware, plates, pans etc. Bathrooms were well stocked with extra towels.Unfortunately, there is constant noise from the freeway. The host is aware of the noise problem and has white noise machines in each bedroom. Listing states that both street and garage parking is available. However, there is a fee for using garage parking. When we asked about garage parking, no one mentioned a fee. We were made aware of garage fees 48 hours prior to our arrival. All additional charges should be posted prior to confirmation, fees for early/late check out and parking. Otherwise it feels disingenuous. t

The overall 3-bedroom condo was fantastic. It was clean and inviting. Although near the expressway noise was at a minimum. Kitchen was huge and had all the necessities for cooking up breakfast, lunch and dinner. The master bedroom was awesome, huge king bed and a large master bath and shower. We also enjoyed a few nights on the building's roof top space which was beautiful, and you could see the Nashville skyline. We were only a 20-minute walk from Broadway and the all the music. We definitely will look at future bookings in the future.
