Bright vacation home on Lake Zenssee with a fireplace and a terrace

The wooden house is located directly across from the old sanatorium, just about 50–100 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the duplex offers ample space for 7 people (3 bedrooms) across two floors.
On the lower floor is a spacious living and dining area with a fireplace, which opens onto a terrace and a small garden. This level is rounded out by a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom (double bed) with its own terrace.
On the upper level, there is a bedroom for three people (two single beds, one small double bed), a spacious bathroom with a tub and a washing machine, as well as another bedroom (double bed) with a loft where you can work in peace.
Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed.
Near the house, there is a supermarket with a bakery and butcher shop, as well as a canoe rental shop.
There is a private parking lot for guests. Additional public parking spaces are available directly on Knesebeckstraße.
Note: The house is heated by a heat pump with a hot water tank. If many guests take showers in quick succession, the hot water may run out temporarily. In that case, it takes about 30 minutes for the tank to heat up again.
