This three-bedroom home is full of Western character, featuring handcrafted woodwork, exposed beams, and a warm living area with a fireplace that invites you to unwind. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or returning from a day of hiking, fishing, or exploring nearby Bitterroot trails, Red Mountain Ranch is your home base for authentic Montana living.
We offer contactless check-in via smart lock. However, we available to answer questions and interact as little or as much as our guests desire. We are passionate about all thing Montana and are happy offer recommendations.
Located just outside of Stevensville, MT up against the Sapphire Mountains, you'll find this serene property on nearly 20 acres. Downtown Stevensville is only 20 minutes away and is definitely a place to stop for dining, grocery shopping, and small local shops. There is also plenty of hiking, fishing and wildlife viewing available nearby. With over 17 trails within 25 minutes of the property, you can find yourself immersed in the mountains in no time.
With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.
Situated on nearly 20 acres along the Sapphire Mountain range, this home provides tranquility and privacy. Inside, you will find a cozy Montana decor with all the modern amenities. In the main living space you'll find an open living concept with a fireplace, direct access to outdoor covered patio, and a large dining area for hosting. The Main Suite has a large queen bed and access to a private deck outside. Outside, there is a large covered patio with outdoor dining, and two rocking chairs for morning cup of coffee. Explore the property on foot or enjoy a relaxing cup of tea while looking upon the Bitterroot Mountain Range on the expansive outdoor deck area.
Huckleberry Taxi and Need a Lift are available but uber is limited.
As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge.
Note: This home is several miles down a bumpy gravel road. Outside of summer it is recommended that all guests have 4wd or AWD vehicle.
Onsite parking available for all guests.
Trash: Bin located on the east side of the home.

The barn was absolutely perfect for our escape from the city. The landscape was dreamy and the sunsets were unreal. The place was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We saw deer, hawks, cows, and best of all...no people! We will 100% be back!
