The Space: This cozy 1-bedroom condo offers a comfortable and welcoming space for your Seabrook Island adventure. As you step inside, you'll find:
• Bedroom: A spacious bedroom with a plush queen-size bed, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of island exploration.
• Bathroom: A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a rain shower
• Living Area: A comfortable living area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that allow natural light to fill the space.
• Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Prepare your meals with ease.

Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
**Parking fee is the Seabrook Island Gate pass fee of $40 for one car**

Pristine, well designed and appointed condo. The photos are accurate, which was a nice change from my usual short term rental experience. Also, the managers were extremely responsive to the few minor problems that emerged during my relatively lengthy stay (4 months). Can recommend it wholeheartedly.
