We’re located on the main street, 200 meters from the beach, right by the Zipolite sign—where you can take photos—and across from the soccer field, with beautiful views of the beach and the mountains.
Other things to note
Remember that there are no gas stations within approximately 10 km of here, nor are there any ATMs. However, many restaurants accept credit cards.

Very clean and extremely responsive staff. A little street noise at night, but then again Zipolite is a busy little tourist town. Lots of steep spiral towers, so be careful. Great rooftop terrace and pool is ok. WIFI was fast and rarely not working.

The unit is clean and modest. The 3/4 fridge kept things very cold, and the kitchen is sufficient for simple cooking. The a/c and wifi were reliable. Location is on the main road and is noisy, but only a 3 minute walk to beach with nearby convenience store and produce store. The bathroom is outside and is buggy at night. We found the price to be reasonable.
