About this apartment rental
Leith Court 16 is located on the ground floor right next to the pool, and is a cozy and comfortable one bedroom, one bathroom beachfront apartment. There is a full size kitchen, living area, and patio overlooking the pool, gardens and sea beyond. The bedroom is fully air-conditioned with a queen size bed.
Leith Court overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches on the South Coast of Barbados. This gated complex offers amazing ocean views from every apartment, a communal pool which was uniquely designed in the shape of a guitar and beach access which is simply two steps from the well maintained gardens. Shopping, restaurants, and the famous St. Lawrence Gap are all within walking distance.

Good to know: This unit does not allow infants or children under 12. Additionally, there are no parking spots for #16 at Leith Court and there are unfortunately no nearby public parking spaces. Lastly, while there is air-conditioning in the bedroom, the living area will just have a ceiling fan.
The building that our unit is in will have some units undergoing renovations and updates between the months of September - October. Should noise be a concern for your stay, please enquire first.

My partner and I stayed at Leith Court #16 for 4 days in June 2026. The apartment was clean and comfortable and is well equipped. We had no problems whatsoever while there. An added bonus is the location: there is a bus stop right outside, and it is within walking distance of a large supermarket, bakery, lovely restaurants and the Worthing Food Square. The compound itself is well secured and offers a relaxing environment with the pool and lounge chairs. The only negative was the seaweed which meant we could not use the beach (a factor not in the host's control) but we hopped a ZR to Browne's Beach and actually walked back! We were also very lucky that the property manager agreed to a late check out, and definitely hope to be back.

We stayed in Leith Court 16 for one week early April. Perfect location, walkable to stores/restaurants. Grounds and pool are beautiful with easy access right into the water and very well maintained landscaping. Great location to watch the sea turtles. Complex is very safe and secure. Condo is very roomy and has everything you need. Only downfall is the road noise at night (not a problem for me since I'm a sound sleeper, my husband used earplugs). Hot water tank is a bit insufficient for two people to shower but I did speak with the owner which she was happy that we told her and said she would address the issue as they were looking to upgrade the unit anyways. She was very kind and sincerely concerned about our stay. Also Charmaine was very responsive in answering questions through emails and helping us with the planning. Overall I think it is a great place, very relaxing and beautiful. I would recommend staying here and hope to come back to visit again in the future.

Very enjoyable. Clean, convenient, great views, and close to restaurants and stores.Looking forward to coming back to Barbados. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Perfect unit for location to beach and pool. Service was prompt with any issue. Bed and pillows need to be replaced and chairs on terrace are not comfortable as that is where the majority of your stay is spent. A little update would make this a 5 star.
