Reserving the house through VRBO was seamless. The house has a great layout with 3 bedrooms downstairs with bathrooms. There is also a bedroom upstairs with a King, two twins and a bathroom. There were several issues that caused me to rate the house lower. 1) When we arrived there were many dead bugs in window sills, floor corners and in bathrooms. During our 3 night stay we dispatched palmetto bugs, spiders, a wasp and beetles. 2) There was lime scale in bathroom sinks. The water stopper was missing in the upstairs sink and the drain wasn't clean. 3) The hot water was turned off for one of the sinks in the bathroom of the primary bedroom. Also, be careful, the hot water can get scalding hot. We would barely turn on the hot water and run the cold water up full. 4) Lastly, we left our grandchild's 2 teddy bears in the upstairs bed during departure. The same day, I reached out to Mr. Bach for assistance with returning the bears. I offered to pay for shipping but it has been 3 days with no response.
