With 66 m², it features a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed and sofa bed, a bathroom, and space for up to 4 guests on the second floor. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A shared terrace awaits you on the ground floor in front of the house.



Please note: There is no private kitchen in the apartment. However, a shared kitchen is available in the gallery on the first floor.



For groups or large families: This apartment is connected by internal stairs to Apartment Auszeit (first floor) and Apartment in der Stube (ground floor), so you can book the entire half of the house or just two apartments together if needed, such as Suite Heustadel and Apartment Auszeit.

This holiday home features a shared open terrace in front of the house, perfect for relaxing evenings. Public transport is just a 2-minute walk away and can be used free of charge with the Echt-Bodensee Card.



Important information for group bookings or large families: The apartments "Apartment in der Stube" on the ground floor, "Apartment Auszeit" on the first floor, and "Suite Heustadel" on the second floor are connected by internal stairs and can be combined. You can book the entire half of the house or, for example, "Apartment Auszeit" with "Suite Heustadel."



There are 13 parking spaces for the house. Up to three dogs are allowed (for an extra fee). Smoking and parties are not permitted. The entrance door is under video surveillance.
