The layout of the yard and house were very nice and amazing for a large group with lots of fun things to do! There were a lot of missing items from the home (from spoons, to towels, nice set of pans etc). Additionally there is a loud frontage road if the type of sound bothers you. There is so much to do at the hose from the game room to tennis to the pool, saunas. golf green and basketball court.

This property was awesome and perfect for our family of 13 adults. There was plenty of room to play games, take naps, eat family dinners and play in the pool. Kudos for having enough pool towels!!! Tommy was a great host and very responsive.

This house was absolutely perfect—10/10! We stayed with a group of 19 (17 teenagers and 2 adults), and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The kitchen was a dream, complete with a spacious fridge and a beloved espresso machine. The game room, tennis courts, and perfectly sized pool kept everyone entertained and helped create unforgettable memories. We will definitely be returning!

A perfect location / venue for a family celebration. Plenty of room for all and the pool and game room was a hit for the kids. Tommy was easy to communicate with, we look forward to coming back.
