About this villa rental
Ideal location, in a quiet residential area. The geographical location offers you a panoramic view, magnificent sunsets, natural ventilation, so you don't suffer from the summer heat.
you will enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool, facing south, secured by lockable gates, all on a fully enclosed plot.
Despite the calm, you are 5 minutes from restaurants, all amenities (pharmacy, banks, supermarkets...) 5 minutes from the health center, 6 minutes from the beaches and 25 minutes from Alicante airport.
The villa is ideal for 6 people, it is spacious, bright, well thought out, composed of an entrance, a large living room very bright and opening onto a terrace, a fully equipped open kitchen also very bright, a master suite with an opening directly onto the terrace, 2 other bedrooms with double bed, 3 toilets, baby cot, high chair. You have at your disposal hangers, hair dryers, sheets, towels, shower gel
All rooms have built-in storage.
You have wifi, a connected speaker, a very large TV with Netflix and Disney Channel.
The rooms are spread over 2 levels with secure staircase.
The villa is fully equipped, ceiling fan, air conditioning, mosquito net on all windows...
The exterior is composed of different terraces, 2 parking spaces on site.
There is also an outdoor dining area, a large barbecue, sunbeds, parasols...
You will enjoy beaches, water sports, go-karting, bowling, beautiful walks, hiking, shopping centers such as the well-known Zenia or others.
Ideal location to radiate in the area and enjoy many visits. ( the pink lake of Torrevieja, nature reserves, museums, beautiful basilicas, ports such as Santa Pola de Cartagena or others, sea trips such as visiting the island of Tabarca, visiting the city of Elche, Alicante, Torrevieja, and many others.

The pool is maintained every 2 or 3 days in high season by a team moving early in the morning (7:30-9:30 am) discreetly through direct access.
Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto Ley del conseil 9/2024, it is mandatory to provide a valid identity document for all people over 16 years old, as well as a postal address. A rental contract and an inventory of fixtures will be given to you on arrival.
Stays: from 5 to 11 nights. Maximum

I’m not sure how many people had stayed in the Villa before us but it felt like we were the first to experience it. The Villa has everything you could possibly want, if you’re a cook the kitchen is fantastic and the BBQ on the veranda large and of great quality. It felt like the owners had given every last detail some thought from the large rechargeable Bluetooth speaker to the huge TV, coffee machine and disco lights in the pool. 3 beautifully presented bedrooms one with a fantastic en-suite with walk in shower. I’m a bit of a pool snob so was concerned that the pool looked a little small in the photos. I can confirm it’s not small, it’s just the pool area is huge. The tiled pool is about 10m x 5m and plenty deep to dive into. 30 mins from Alicante or Torrevieja both large cities and 10 mins from Santa Pola, all 3 with plenty of restaurants. Merca / Lidl and Aldi 5 mins drive away. The nearby beach has golden sand, clean water and free parking. The owners were super responsive and available for the small issues that inevitably crop up like the gas regulator on the BBQ not working, which was resolved in an hour. We really couldn’t have asked for more and hope to return soon. Thanks

Villa beautiful and local area for eating is excellent. You do need a car. Hosts were really helpful even with a language barrier. Pool is a brilliant size and aircon and fans in bedrooms much appreciated. Would definitely return. Thankyou to Carol and Emmanuel
