About this cottage rental
Quiet Country setting, located between the Town of Montague and Murray Harbour North in Southern Kings County.
1.Close to Panmure Island Beach and Many Golf Courses,
2.Brudenell and Dundarave Golf Courses
3.There are several harbours in the area, you can hire a boat and go fishing or just go for a cruise. Take pictures, paint pictures, it is lovely.
4. 40 min. To Souris and the Ferry to The Madeleine Islands
5. Do the Tip to Tip Island Drive and get your Certificate
This home is ideal for families or a few couples who want to stay together without being on top of one another.
1.There is one full bathroom on the main level and a two piece on the second level.
2. 1 double bed on the main level,
3. Second floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 single bed bedroom
4.The kitchen is Fully Equipped, including dishwasher etc.
5.There is a Washer and Dryer,
6.All the linens are provided, including beach towels
7. Patio with fireplace and BBQ
8. Gazebo

We had a wonderful stay at the Mink Basin Cottage. This was once a family homestead of ours, and it was truly special to revisit and relive some cherished memories. The hosts were amazing—thoughtful and welcoming—and even surprised our children with some toys as we were leaving.

Cosy stay at this typical PEI rural farmhouse. Reminds one of a stay at your grandparents in years past. Rooms are on the small side but certainly big enough for our needs. All the amenities one needs for comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable and linens good quality
