Step into the luxury of your home away from home, at the Phoenix V, with this 1 bedroom 1 bath condo on the 9th floor!
The living room has a pretty ocean blue color with matching couches with end tables and lamps to bring out the beach vibe. The middle couch is a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The living room is centered by a lovely oak coffee table over a matching area rug to tie everything together. Across from the sitting area is a large flat screen TV on a black entertainment center. Popcorn ceilings were removed and remodeled with a satin flat finishing.
The Bedroom has a beautiful seashell bedding on a king- sized bed with a white wicker bedframe. On each side of the bed are white wicker nightstands with lamps. The wall is a pretty green to match the beach design. Next to the closet is a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Below a white wicker framed mirror on the wall is a matching wicker chest of drawers with a glass top. The bathroom is a full bath with a huge mirror mounted on the wall.
The balcony has updated patio table and chairs to enjoy the view of the ocean.
The kitchen is decked out with a stainless-steel refrigerator, a stovetop oven, a white dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen walls are a light turquoise and has granite countertops with two barstools on the bar end of the counter. New kitchen cabinets and a cocktail table.
The dining area has a lovely dark oak, granite top, dining table and chairs have been updated.
The condo has a full white washer and dryer.
This condo also comfortably sleeps, as well as entertains, up to 4 people. The place was made for family and friends to create amazing memories that will last forever!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Hubby and I decided 3ish months before our wedding that we wanted to go on a honey moon. We searched for days for a place. This was a great beachfront property!
