About this villa rental
Our beautiful, spacious open plan villa, faces South, on the foothills of the Sierra de Colombares regional park in a small traditional Spanish village. It is situated between the unspoilt sandy beaches of the Costa Calida and the historical City of Murcia. Large rooftop solarium offers panoramic views over the village and surrounding countryside, this is a great secluded sun drenched spot to soak up the sun by day and dine alfresco by night. Our 90sqm house is located on a new development, but within walking distance of the village facilities, which include 1 supermarkets, bakery, bars/cafes, hairdresser, tobacconist and a pharmacy. The quiet and secluded SHARED COMMUNITY pool, equipped with a jacuzzi is 20m away. The villa is well appointed and beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and is fully equipped for self catering, with a ceramic hob & oven and microwave. The lounge area has a smart TV and there is an Amazon Firestick Free Wi Fi.
There is a fantastic roof terrace with an aluminum pergola & furniture offering shade from the heat and another area for sunbathing with sun loungers. Great place for chilling in the evening
There is a compulsory laundry/cleaning fee of €80 payable on arrival in cash to the keyholder. Or at the first available opportunity.
Check out time is 11am unless arranged with myself.

We are a family of 4 who stayed here for 2 weeks from 23rd August until 7th September. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our summer holiday! The house was clean, comfortable, well equipped and right next to the pool which is where we spent a lot of our time. The village itself was quiet with 2 small shops but not much else. if you have a car (which we did )you are able to explore the local area as there is so many beautiful and interesting places to see, highly recommended Sierra espuna national park, we loved it! After a day out it was lovely coming back to the peace and quiet and heading straight for the pool. We would highly recommend it to anyone and hopefully we will be back again some day. Excellent!

Having had excellent communication with Eileen, we knew this was going to be an fantastic holiday. The villa was lovely, clean, tasteful and had everything you could need.
The pool opposite was cleaned regularly and rarely used by anyone other than ourselves. There was only one supermarket open but it had everything you need at very reasonable prices. The locals were friendly and the key holder was an absolute super star. We hope to return.
