Welcome to your peaceful mountain escape—just 10 minutes from downtown Ellijay and steps from Roo Mountain Vineyards! Hideaway Creek is ready for you to come make memories. Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend, a family getaway, or a friends’ retreat, this 4-bedroom modern cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and adventure.
Unwind in the hot tub beneath the stars, roast s’mores by the fire pit, or relax by the creek with a coffee in hand. With plenty of outdoor space on the upper and lower decks, enjoy the sounds of nature on this 1.5 acre cabin in the woods. The cabin features several seating areas including outdoor dining and living set upstairs, as well as a gas grill. The downstairs deck is partially covered and includes the hot tub, full size couch, and additional seating area. One of the best features off the downstairs deck is the incredible all stone fire pit! When your outside all you'll hear is the creek, wind, and the occasional wildlife running through the woods!
Inside, enjoy a decorative gas burning fireplace, a theater-style TV setup on the lower level, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. The cabin boasts 2 King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and smart TV's on the main level. There are 2 Queen bedrooms with smart TV's and a full bath on the lower level. The 1st King bedroom includes a spacious closet and walk-in shower. The 2nd King bedroom sits in the backside of the house with views of the creek, has a closet, and tub/shower combo in the en suite bathroom. Relax in the living room and enjoy the decorative gas burning fireplace and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for at home meals, a coffee maker, and dedicated pantry space. Off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Head to the lower level to enjoy a movie on the large screen projector or have fun playing one of the many games/puzzles included! The lower level also includes a bar with small refrigerator and additional seating. Rest peacefully on the lower level in either of the Queen bedrooms that overlook the backyard and creek. After a day of hiking, biking, or kayaking nearby, come home to all the comforts of a thoughtfully designed retreat.

Cool off and enjoy kayaking in Carters Lake, Lake Blue Ridge, or through one of our beautiful rivers. WE LOVED this property. It was so much better in person than the pictures. Our host was SUPER responsive. We took advantage of the amenities and each of the 4 rooms was filled for our friend's birthday celebration. We were a stone's throw away from Roo Vineyard which was a SUPER PLUS for us and 8 minutes from Downtown Ellijay. I recommend this property 100%. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Seriously, just book this! We have stayed in several vacation rentals, and this by far has been the most equipped, cleanest and most accommodating one yet! We had a small family reunion/sibling get together, and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. All you need are groceries, there is EVERYTHING you will need in the kitchen. All sizes of pans, pots, even a crock pot. Need foil? It's there. Saran wrap? it's there. There's dish soap, dishwasher soap etc. Plenty of towels, etc. We would absolutely stay here again. The views from both decks were amazing! I would think the fall would be gorgeous. Both decks had a mesh fence/gate, which was perfect for our dog. Not having to worry about her running off was so nice! Also would be great for kids! The downstairs is amazing! Some of us could go down there and chat or watch tv without disturbing upstairs. There's plenty of games, puzzles and movies. Honestly, book this place! You will not be disappointed!Also make sure you visit Roo Winery, it's basically across the street and the views are incredible!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is close to town but out of the way and very quiet. The downstairs area was great for watching movies and I personally loved all of the decorations would definitely stay here again.
