Even on the first floor, you’re greeted by a spacious entryway that immediately radiates warmth and coziness with its elegant solid oak flooring.

From here, you can access your private wellness area. The light-filled bathroom is generously sized and invites you to relax. The freestanding bathtub in front of the large window offers a view of the sea while you bathe. A Finnish sauna, a rain dance shower, a double vanity, and a toilet complete this exclusive retreat. Another fully equipped bathroom is also available on the first floor.

SLEEPING COMFORT
Restful nights are guaranteed. In the wonderful master bedroom on the first floor, you’ll find a bed with an extra-long sleeping surface of 220 centimeters. In the right-hand bedroom, the bed is 210 centimeters long. The front bedroom offers additional flexibility, as the double bed can be separated into two single beds if needed.

THE TERRACE
Another highlight of this villa is the partially covered terrace on the first floor, which is separated from the sea by just a few stones and stretches across the entire width of the house. Comfortable lounge furniture, a beach chair, and a cozy dining table invite you to linger and enjoy the moment. You can’t get any closer to the sea than this. Enjoy the sound of the waves while gazing out at the Schlei estuary and all the way to Denmark. Here, you can grill to your heart’s content and enjoy a delicious glass of wine in the evening while watching the sunset.

THE UPPER FLOOR
A beautiful wooden staircase leads through the light-filled stairwell to the upper floor, which serves as the heart of this villa. Here, the view of the Baltic Sea all the way to Denmark has been perfected. A large panoramic glass front, which towers over the house, spans the entire width of the villa, offering an unobstructed view from every angle that is second to none.

The upper floor consists of one large room, where no expense was spared in terms of spaciousness. The open kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality appliances, invites you to prepare regional delicacies. Socializing while enjoying the sunset over the Schlei estuary is possible at the large dining table with its comfortable seating.
