We have finally re-opened!
After 2 hurricanes in 2024, we have completely renovated every unit.
Everything is new again in this 1955 Historic Inn on Charlotte Harbor.
The units are a cozy 325 sq. ft. with a living area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and a full kitchenette.
The Sunset Inn is located on Bayshore Rd in Charlotte Harbor, walking distance to the new Sunseeker Resort.

We loved the nostalgia of the motel. Everything is updated and very clean! The park and Bay across the street were a great surprise and Eben better location for lunch and a walk. The rooms were a little cramped but meets all of our needs. We will definitely stay again!

My husband and I went by this hotel last year when they were renovating and loved the idea of them restoring the property so when it came up in our search for a place to stay, we had to jump on it. I wanted to see what they had done and it did not disappoint, it was small but I knew that already and it was cozy and had everything I needed. Sitting in the sun in the adderondack chairs and walking the neighborhood, park and pier was so pleasant.
Great job on the remodel!
