The apartment (managed by FromHometoRome) is located on the second floor of an elevator-equipped building that dates back to the early 1900s. Please note that there are about a dozen steps to climb to reach the elevator, so guests with a walking disability may need assistance or find it challenging. We regret that the elevator cannot comfortably accommodate a guest in a wheelchair.

The apartment, a blend of modern and traditional, is rich in natural light and is the quintessential exercise in classic Italian décor: hardwood floors, porcelain tile backsplashes and marble inserts conspire to make you feel like you are in a country house.
This unit sleeps up to four: two in the master bedroom (complete with a large closet) and two in the living room, where a comfortable sofa bed converts into a queen-size bed. The only bathroom has a bath and shower, while the fully equipped kitchen is complete with all the essentials for cooking your own meals - in addition to a fridge and freezer, you will find a Nespresso, microwave, gas oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine (please note that this is not a dryer).
This accommodation has independent heating and a free Wifi connection is offered to all guests. The air conditioning is located in the living room and kitchen and due to the size of the apartment can efficiently cool the entire property.

The bathtub did not drain well during the shower, needs attention. The kitchen worked very well. Electrical did not work in some places in apartment. Bedside lamps in main bedroom not working or poor reading lamps.

The place was wonderfull ,complete,clean and comfortable. Place near to Restaurants and main places to visit in Roma I recommend this place 100%. I came from USA worried to use Poperty outside of Country but the experience was awesome! I will come ba k to this place.

wonderful location. a bit noisy @ night. great communication with host. good overall set up of apt a few grocery stops nearby and great restaurants and cafes steps away. plus colosseum and forum around corner.

We enjoyed our stay in Rome. The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet, if a bit dull in the decor. There was a problem with the refrigerator when we checked in and Home to Rome was very responsive and got it fixed quickly. Two blocks away are lots of great restaurants and gelato. Walking down the block and seeing the Colosseum lit up at night was magical.
