Great location and property. A few things need a little attention, remotes, TV in second room did not seem to work, wood trim piece in master bath vanity broken and falls out. All very easy to fix.

Overall, our stay was amazing! The Phoenix VI staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility itself is very nice and the pool is large. The pool chairs are not very comfortable, but they do have a ton of them so you aren’t searching for chairs. Our condo was nice, but a few things are a little outdated. My suggestion would be to upgrade the tvs and the drip coffee maker. The keurig was fine but when we made a pot of coffee, it made a pot of sludge so we ended up only being able to use the keurig, which was okay. Was pleasantly surprised to find kitchen towels available. The patio had extra chairs, which was nice because we had more than 4 people and like to eat breakfast on the balcony. The view is absolutely gorgeous every morning from the balcony! The second bedroom is a little cramped but it worked. All in all, a few things I would upgrade but we truly enjoyed our time there and would rent this unit again!
