The cottage is located at the entrance of the village of Champagny en Vanoise, in a charming hamlet, "Les Rochers", entirely built in wood, stone and lauze roofs, located about 1 km from the center / shops and slopes. Champagny is part of the ski area of La Plagne - Paradiski, one of the largest ski areas in Europe. In winter, a free shuttle bus provides access to the gondola in a few minutes and you can avoid using your car. For lovers of cross-country skiing, the shuttle will also take you to the slopes, in Champagny le Haut. You reach this chalet by a pedestrian path on approx. 50 m in an environment of greenery. Exposé PLEIN SUD, this is a large semi-detached chalet of about 100 m², offering an absolutely magnificent view over the valley of Champagny le Haut, the glaciers of Pralognan and the villages of Courchevel. The cottage is currently being classified 3 star furnished tourist. Basement with entry, storage, ski room, WC, laundry with LL, dryer and large fridge. Main floor: shower room, separate toilet, large main room in L with American kitchen: oven, microwave oven, fridge, induction cooker, dishwasher, complete crockery; dining area and lounge area with TV 150 channels, broadband internet, sofa bed in double bed, armchairs and fireplace. Large terrace of 20 m2 equipped with wooden staircase giving access to a private garden. 1st level under roof slope: 1 room with bed 2 pers. West balcony overlooking Courchevel, bathroom with bath and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and sink, window or skylight.
Champagny has all the advantages of a ski resort: access to a large ski area, restaurants, cinema, indoor pool, ski rental, etc ..., but has kept all the charm of an old mountain village, in particular Champagny le Haut who deserves the detour. In summer, hiking in the Vanoise National Park or the nearby via ferrata are a must for mountain lovers.
