This spacious beach-side home is located just one building from A1A which you cross to access the beach making this home the perfect spot for your next beach-side getaway! The closet beach entrance to this home right across the street is only a 5 minute walk from the house until your toes are in the sand! That beach access is located at a popular handicapped accessible park with restrooms, showers, a splash pad, picnic pavilions, and playgrounds. Located within a 5 minute walk from the home is also a Pizza Hut, popular bar and grill, and a seafood restaurant. This home is also .3 miles walking from famous International Speedway Blvd which hosts many bars, nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. Only a 1 minute drive away or .6 miles walking is the Daytona Ocean Center, Daytona Boardwalk, and the Daytona Main Street Pier! Parking there can be overwhelming, so having the ability to walk to these activities less than a mile away makes your trip truly stress-free! Just a 3 minute drive from the home is Daytona's Waterpark, Daytona Lagoon as well as Ocean Walk and the Daytona Bandshell. You can't beat the location of Mermaid Manor!
As you step into the home you’ll be greeted by a bright family room completed by relaxing furnishings and a flat-screen television. Adjacent to the family room is the kitchen that comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Just off the kitchen is a dining area to serve up a family meal. Near the kitchen is a full bathroom and washer/dryer for added convenience during your stay.
From the dining area you can step into a vibrant, air-conditioned sun room, also known as a Florida room in these parts! Furnished with Margaritaville décor and vibrantly colored, this room is the perfect spot to enjoy the Florida atmosphere without having to leave the AC. From the Florida room, head outside to take in the gorgeous Florida sunshine! An outdoor dining set greet as you head outside. Further into the fenced backyard you'll find fun, fish-shaped Adirondack chairs sitting on a paved circle. Venture further into the backyard to find Life Guard chairs allowing you to relax and breath in the ocean air.
Heading back into the house you'll find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms offering you a peaceful reprieve after a day of fun in the sun. All bedrooms include a mounted television. The primary bedroom has spacious accommodations boasting a king bed with an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a queen bed while the third bedroom holds two twin beds. Between the two guest bedrooms is a full bathroom which includes a tub/shower combo.
Please note there are only 2 parking spaces available for this home in the driveway and there is no garage. Trailers and recreational vehicles cannot be parked on-site but we can refer you to an off-site parking company. There is one exterior security camera facing outward on the front entrance of the home. All of the televisions are new, Smart TV models so they do not include cable. However, you are free to use any of your own streaming platforms on the televisions. This home is located on a drivable portion of the beach so you can drive your vehicle onto the beach instead of walking if you prefer.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Our agents are happy to assist and answer any questions.

Great week. We had 2 adults and three teenage boys. We all had a great time. This house is close to the beach and quick walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The house is old but was clean and had what we needed. The landscaping/outdoor area could use some work but I had expected that from previous reviews. It would have been nice to have a shaded patio area to relax in the evening but it looks like they’re getting ready to do some work outside. Would definitely stay again.

This home was an absolute delight! The kids were thrilled with the fun and charming decor inside. While the yard wasn’t the most appealing, the location more than made up for it—just a short walk to the beach! One suggestion I’d offer is to add a full-length mirror to the house for added convenience.

Grass was not cut , could not use the yard. Dishwasher broken, would not supply us with dish soap. Lots of little things broken. Got a check in Letter - telling us we needed to provide trash bags that we were only getting one. We had to take the trash can to the street with all the neighbors trash in it. . We did like the endless hot water take. The hot tub was nasty. Rooms were clean. Bathroom were clean. A lot of places provide soaps and shampoos- they did not. A lot of hidden thing in the check in letter that we’re not expected. But to Kate to cancel. I would ask for full disclosure. The neighborhood was ok
