One of the highlights of this condo is the private beachfront balcony, which offers seating for four. Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
NOTE: Island Winds East parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival. Subject to change.
Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

The location was fabulous and the condo served its purpose. The only complaint would be the parking. We were only allowed 1 space but had two cars. But the overflow parking was appreciated but still an annoyance to go back and forth. Overall experience was excellent!

Don't think there was anything I did not like about the condo. Loved the location, the condo the floor it was on. And the time spent there.
