Check in was easy. Loved the condo and accessibility to the pool and beach. Husband got bed bugs real bad-had to go to walk in clinic and got oral steroids. We brought this to this agency’s as well as Phoenix III property manager’s attention. Showed them all his bug bites. They did not seemed the least bit concerned. I’m concerned for the next rentals. 55 for parking was too much. Hallway light still shone through the blinds and curtains to bedroom-would be very helpful if they had room darkening curtains. Otherwise-everything was good.

Perfect place to get away with beautiful beach views with a sunrise and sunset perfect for pictures. Convenient access to the beach. Location is great with surrounding upscale shopping and restaurants.
