An modern new cabin, nestled 2.5 miles near the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, this mountain getaway invites you to unwind and reconnect with nature in style. Brown leather furnishings, Scandinavian inspired interiors, warm hotub and wood everything creates a casual and rustic ambiance for guests to enjoy inside and out.
Experience being steps away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the many wildlife sights and sounds.
Wild Berry cabin features newly designed white pine decor and 4 private bedrooms with king sized memory foam mattress in each room.
Warm up in the hot tub or cook out on the grill while admiring surrounding mountain views.
Once night falls head indoors and gather around the fireplace, watch movies on the 50inch 4k smart tv or play one of the many card and board games available at the cabin.
Our curated collection of books makes for a great read as well.

*Our Cabin is only for responsible guest who will respect and not damage the cabin. Guest booking must be 21 years or older. No Pets. No parties or events. No Smoking/vaping or Drug use on property. No fireworks allowed.
*During stay: • be respectful of neighbors and neighborhood • treat house as you would your own (or better) • observe quiet hours 10pm – 8am • smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside or porches ($250 fee) • park only in driveway (not on street) • lock doors when property unattended • no unregistered guests or visitors at any time ($250 fee per person per occurrence) and maximum 2 guests during stay • no disconnecting or tampering with wireless router, security cameras, smart lock or other electronics • no moving furniture • no illegal activity of any kind • no food outside other than bear proof trash can • follow all rules for hot tub use • no feeding wildlife • no items other than provided toilet paper to be flushed down toilet • Please do not throw anything off of balconies •To avoid extra cleaning costs please do not allow guests/kids to eat on beds or on sofas/couches • Please do not bring colored pencils, markers, crayons, and paints to the cabin•
*If there are any issues during your stay please notify as immediately.
*Prior to checkout: • thoroughly wash and dry dishes and put away • remove all food from refrigerator • deposit all trash in bear proof trash can • returned borrowed household items to original locations • turn off all lights, close all windows and lock all doors. Return all AC remotes to walls
MANDATORY OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE POLICY:
To maintain safety, sanitation, and local compliance, professional outdoor maintenance (including weekly pool/hot tub servicing and landscaping) is automated and mandatory. These brief services occur on a weekly schedule during daylight hours. Maintenance technicians strictly remain outdoors, do not require entry to the home, and will not disturb your privacy. Because these services are essential to property upkeep, they cannot be rescheduled, delayed, or turned away by guests. Refusing entry to contracted maintenance technicians constitutes a violation of house rules.
*** We highly recommend that all guests obtain trip insurance. If guests are unable to travel, they can contact their insurance holder to request reimbursement.***

Overall the house had great views and was just like the pictures! When we first walked in there was a strong odor and none of the AC units in the rooms were on causing it to be very warm inside. I think a dehumidifier would help in the future. Some of the bedroom and outside furniture is also very worn and falling apart. Otherwise we had a great stay and enjoyed the great view in the hot tub!

HAd a great time! It was perfect with great use of space! King beds for all and easy access to everything but still feel like you were in the mountains!
