About this apartment rental
Delightful 50sqm apartment in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, with a splendid terrace overlooking the sea. It is located a few steps from the sea. There is the possibility to choose both equipped beaches and free beaches. The house has all the useful services in the neighborhood: supermarkets, the fresh fish and fruit market, bars, shops, pharmacies, etc. The very large terrace is shared. The house is ideal for a holiday of relaxation, the sea and healthy nightlife.

Wi-fi network available.
To avoid unpleasant complaints, it is advisable to report in advance the presence of the elderly or people with motor deficit for the following reasons:
- the presence of a flight of stairs represents a potential difficulty for people with motor deficits or the elderly.
External:
There are free parking lots near Largo Portavecchia. In addition, there are also paid parking spaces at € 8 per day.
Security deposit for damages.
Final cleaning of € 30. Electricity calculated according to consumption by electronic meter reading at Eur 0.30 kwh, if consumption is standard you do not pay.
On request: Sheets and towels 10 € per person.

Our stay in Monopoli was great! What a lovely apartment with such great views! Situated in the historical area, we could walk everywhere....to beautiful beaches, 25 minute walk to the train and an interesting area to explore.

Cute, clean and functional one bedroom apartment, well located in the historic centre, great views from the Juliet balcony and rooftop terrace. Giacomo is a superb host and very helpful.

I stayed in this property for a couple of weeks and couldn't have been happier. Listening to the sound of the sea from the balcony was a highlight, particularly as there is hardly any traffic in the historic centre. Lots of restaurants and bars, literally on the doorstep and a shoer walk to a sandy beach. Be aware that the apartment is up some steep steps and the roof terrace even more so (to the point that I didn't really use it), but that's typical of the area and shouldn't put you off unless you have mobility issues. All communication with the owner was easy and I'd certainly recomend a visit.
