Open Mind Property - 4 Bedroom Flat & FREE parking

The property has the potential to be very good. The rooms are light and well arranged. We had many problems, however, starting with the parking. When we arrived we could not see our way in to the garage where we had been allocated parking space. There was no explanation of how to use it. There were two doors, both of which were closed with no obvious way to open them. We parked outside, hoping that the information pack, inside the flat, would tell us what to do. Once we got in to the flat, the overpowering smell of air freshener necessitated opening all windows and doors. There was no information pack. Instead we found dirty towels in the bathroom and no bags in the bins. Some of the crockery and cutlery had been put away without being washed. We were in Bournemouth to attend a funeral and we didn't have time to shop for bin bags. We used a carrier bag we had brought and left it there as there was no information pack to suggest how to dispose of it. The rooms were small but fine and the beds comfortable and bedding clean. The sitting room has a sofa bed, that was not very comfortable to sit on, and a small table and chairs. Not a place to relax. We struggled to lock up with the key (no number pad as suggested in the information sent for access) it is obviously a copy. When we tried to leave it in the key safe, as instructed, we discovered that it opened for any number, so we had to carry the keys with us. The flat had a great deal of potential.
