Welcome to your perfect beachside retreat! This newly constructed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house is just one block from the beach. With an open-concept layout, a chef’s kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and a luxurious primary suite with a spa-like bath, this home is designed for comfort.

* 2 King Bedrooms and 2 Queen Bedrooms
*3.5 bathrooms, Hot and cold running water.
* Fully equipped gourmet kitchen (Electric stove, coffee machine, airfryer, rice cooker, etc).
*Laundry room (located on the second floor)
We provide towels (excluding beach towels), an iron, shower products, laundry detergent, hairdryers, and bath and shower products
* High-speed WiFi
* Sleek Smart TVs in living areas
Electrical Heating and cooling system with a state-of-the-art energy savings mode.
Full-size washer and dryer with Laundry detergent included, and located upstairs. A water heater is a standard component of all new homes.
Access to the whole house, including the garage

Our home is equipped with a noise detector, and this is located in the living room area. It only senses noise levels. The device is not equipped with any cameras. This is a requirement for all short-term rentals to ensure neighbors are not disturbed by guests.

This properties pretty new and newly constructed nice and quiet place good to stay the family. This place is really amazing very nice and clean well organized very close to beach.Host is respond very quick, very helpful. I really recommend to stay here. And also, I like to come in the future at this place to stay again..

Great vacation spot! The house is located on the same street as beach access so you only need to cross the main ocean drive and you’re at the stairs to take you to the bay. The bay is perfect for little ones since you have minimal tides & waves, the beach wasn’t crowded at all and we had plenty of room for the kids and all our gear. The host was super responsive, the house is gorgeous with comfortable furniture and the fenced in backyard was ideal for the little ones to play in. The only feedback we have for future visitors would be there’s not a lot of storage in the bedrooms aside from the nightstands, there aren’t any hangers & we needed more larger cookware (only one cookie sheet, smaller pots/pans so it was hard to cook for 8 people).
